WHO DEFINES THE NARRATIVE OF WHAT YOU CALL ACCURATE INFORMATION?

WHO DEFINES THE NARRATIVE OF WHAT YOU CALL ACCURATE INFORMATION?

By Isaiah-Phillips Akintola

We are presently seeing how the powers that be are seeking to censor what we are persuaded in knowledge as the acceptable standard and value of the truth. The election of Donald Trump was a powerful prophetic instrument heaven used to expose the lies and falsehood of the mainstream media. Today, these groups of powerful individuals have flocked into the space of social media to seek to control, manipulate, and intimidate anyone who does not subscribe to their narrative of truth.

1 Corinthians 3

18 Let no one deceive himself. If any of you thinks he is wise in this age, he should become a fool, so that he may become wise.

Mathew 6:

22 The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your vision is poor, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness! 24 No one can serve two masters: Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other…

I am not a doctor, nor a pharmacist, and neither am I a politician, nor do I seek to run for a political office, that is not my calling. But I am an advocate of moral truth, and I aim to use such ascended knowledge of the truth to inform, reform, and restore the spiritual structure and identity of the ecclesia from ignorance, and I also seek to use this power of apostolic truth to free creation from this present darkness.

My calling, as heaven’s spokesman, has graced and allowed me to see into the hearts and nature of things as the Father ordained them. As followers of Christ, we do not judge things, events, circumstances, or people on face value; we allow the Lord to inform us through the intelligence of His Spirit, and the Spirit is never wrong when we follow the inspired, directive and protocol he has set in place.

Just as there are physical boundaries to determine what we have authority to address, so we have limits and limitations regarding spiritual things until such a time of maturity or increased light into our hearts and space.  When we walk in the combination of this protocol knowledge, we gain access and confidence to speak as the oracle of God into those complex human issues.

Having said this, we live in days of unprecedented disinformation; a time when the enemy is more than ever before willing and determine to use any means and method to deceive, blur and confuse the minds of men regarding what to believe. We have been saying for the past two decades that the battle of the end of days will be centered around what we define to be the truth, and in extension, how we view and accept what is termed as information

We are presently seeing how the powers that be are seeking to censor what we are persuaded in knowledge accept as the truth. The election of Donald Trump was a powerful instrument heaven used to expose the lies and falsehood of the mainstream media. Today, these groups of powerful individuals have flocked into the space of social media to seek to control, manipulate, and intimidate anyone who does not subscribe to their narrative of truth.

I love to read and get myself informed about local, regional, and global affairs as part of my prophetic requirement to precisely interact intelligently as an informed disciple of Christ.  The world today is not only polarized on the lines of race, identity, economic and other forms of social inequalities but, more so, on matters of information.

The craving for the power to control and manipulate information, and how we consume what we see and hear, especially on the internet has become increasingly stronger to the point that the issues around the Coronavirus have deeply highlighted this evil of lies and disinformation.

We have highly intelligent Christian professionals across the globe warning us regarding the agenda to censor and limit the voice of the people through using the social media platforms, especially when the powerful mainstream media realizes they are losing their audience and market share globally.

The war to control what you see, believe, and accept as the truth or lie has increased to such a level that if you are not intelligently informed both spiritually and mentally, you will be captured, it’s only a matter of time. We prophetically see the image of Nebuchadnezzar and the altar of Jezebel being erected across the world, and spiritually blind people are now being compelled to bow down in worship of these ideas of men.

But what is alarming to me is how we are now seeing so-called Christians joining blindly in the promotion of this evil advocacy in the name of professionalism and intellectualism. I will never downplay the role of skill and excellence in any field, particularly when it comes to the area of human health.

1 Corinthians 3

18 Let no one deceive himself. If any of you thinks he is wise in this age, he should become a fool, so that he may become wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness in God’s sight.

If we lack the [prophetic] insight to see and scrutinize things accurately, the enemy will undoubtedly use those very things that sound good [the tree of the knowledge of good and evil] to manipulate minds until Satanic narrative becomes the acceptable prism and perspective.

We need intelligence, but to address the issues of the present darkness of our time effectively and precisely, we have been invited and ushered into the ascended knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of God.

If you depend only on your intellectual, humanist knowledge; a knowledge whose fruit is from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil in this hour without [fact-checking] cross checking what the Lord is saying about the issue on the ground, you will be manipulated, deceived and capture by the enemy.

The enemy often uses what he knows we are good at, or the areas we believe we are competent to build false security and confidence to lie and deceive not inquire before we respond or conclude on matters we should have first sought the knowledge and directive of the Spirit.

Building confidence on an idea that has no firm bases of eternal truth or the value standard of the kingdom philosophy, is basically opening the door for self-deception. This is the age of deception, and we need to move closer to the biblical definition of truth. It is the truth we know, not just informed about that truly sets us free.

When you make the same mistake of Joshua of sampling what the Gibeonites brought without allowing the intelligence of the Spirit to guide and inform you, the enemy will undoubtedly seize that opportunity to compromise your position, decision, and choice.

The enemy today is using what looks and sounds correct as his smokescreen to promote his diabolical agenda, just as we are currently witnessing with this Coronavirus and other matters happening across the world. Brethren, let us be informed and alert in our engagement. There has never been a time we need to develop a sound, governmental, prophetic insight to engage.

Here is a warning and a lesson for us today:

THE DECEPTION OF THE GIBEONITES

Joshua 9:1-14

1 Now when news of this reached all the kings west of the Jordan—those in the hill country, the foothills, and all along the coast of the Great Sea toward Lebanon (the Hittites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites)— 2they came together to wage war against Joshua and Israel.

3 But the people of Gibeon, having heard what Joshua had done to Jericho and Ai, 4 acted deceptively and set out as envoys carrying on their donkeys worn-out sacks and old wineskins, cracked and mended. 5 They put worn, patched sandals on their feet and threadbare clothing on their bodies, and their whole supply of bread was dry and moldy. 6 They went to Joshua in the camp at Gilgal and said to him and the men of Israel, “We have come from a distant land; please make a treaty with us.”

7But the men of Israel said to the Hivites, “Perhaps you dwell near us. How can we make a treaty with you?” 8 “We are your servants,” they said to Joshua.

Then Joshua asked them, “Who are you and where have you come from?” 9 “Your servants have come from a very distant land,” they replied, “because of the fame of the LORD your God. For we have heard the reports about Him: all that He did in Egypt, 10and all that He did to the two kings of the Amorites beyond the Jordan—Sihon king of Heshbon and Og king of Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth. 11So the elders and inhabitants of our land told us, ‘Take provisions for your journey; go to meet them and say to them: We are your servants. Please make a treaty with us.’

12 This bread of ours was warm when we packed it at home on the day we left to come to you. But take a look, it is now dry and moldy. 13These wineskins were new when we filled them, but look, they are cracked. And these clothes and sandals are worn out from our very long journey.”

14 Then the men of Israel sampled their provisions but did not seek the counsel of the LORD. 15And Joshua made a treaty of peace with them to let them live, and the leaders of the congregation swore an oath to them.
