As Saints of the Lord in this trying hour, we are being called to re-examine and expand our prophetic view lens and leadership philosophy from the former position of operation as we enter the Third Day of heaven’s prophetic season for the earth. The redemption and restoration of man and the creation from bondage depend solely on the spiritual quality of the men and women we can produce and release into the battlefield as a remnant 21st-century leadership company.

For the creation was subjected to futility, not by its own will, but because of the One who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God. 22 We know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until the present time.…

Romans 8:20-22

The vision of spiritual advancement must now be calibrated and strengthened to continue to look towards the glorious day of the ministry of deliverance, reformation, and restoration of the people of God.   As we advance through this season, it will take an upgrade of our mental agility to breakthrough the seemingly impossible realities before us.

Going forward will take a deepening sense of sound biblical spirituality and psychological courage; it will take a deeper spiritual knowledge and experience of your kingdom identity. Going forward will take a new advanced visionary spirit and determination not to quit. And that doesn’t mean you’re not going to fail and fall several times, but it means you must keep rising in the grace and power of persuasion of the truth you believe until your feet are firmly established on the ground of your journey.

In this article, you will hear and see clear biblical prophetic instructions that will guide you into understanding the current prophetic leadership order, which best represents the necessary apostolic wisdom and framework of divine guidance for our time.

According to Colossians 1: 15-18, the redemptive initiative and prophetic design of the Lord, especially for his people in this epoch, is that his ecclesia will continue to move toward this final zenith of its original creative image and objective in Christ. However, this will require a different leadership spirit, a different position on the mountain of operational knowledge of the kingdom, and spiritual authority to execute effectively.

Hebrews 11

13 All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth.

14 People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own.

15 If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return.

16 Instead, they were longing for a better country—a heavenly one. Therefore, God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.

What a glorious day we have been ushered in as Sons of God, a day in which the light of the Father is increasing greatly in the midst of the present darkness. The above scripture introduces us to a company of a generation who has traveled before us in the illuminating light of God’s divine prophetic goal for every redeemed race from the spiritual bondage of Egypt.

The prophetic light of heaven is undoubtedly increasing in a proportion of glory, giving us illumination and a fresh perspective on the next season of God’s kingdom mandate. Knowing that we have a land, a home, and a place of present and eternal rest in Christ is glorious and should be honored and celebrated.

Pressing toward this land known as the mountain of perfect beauty, where all nations can stream according to Isaiah 2: 2, is an excellent anchor of truth that we should keep before our eyes, especially in this hour of political slavery, economic fear, and inequality, and other forms of developing socio-cultural abnormalities

As we have already noted from the above scripture in Hebrews 11, the prophetic Spirit of leadership has a clear, unique, structural value system based on a solid philosophy of the kingdom that defines the appropriate order of the people of God.

Proceeding toward that ultimate end in Christ requires intense spiritual warfare. Therefore, we must be well equipped and dressed ready through a powerful governmental prayer, unique leadership spirit, and authority to confront a prejudicial and dehumanizing slavery system like what the children faced in Egypt.

The Lord is raising a prophetic leadership generation. A leadership that will equip his people with the necessary spiritual capacity, competence, and visionary Spirit, enable to lead them forward, despite the increasing crisis and obstacles.

This type of leadership that we see in the life of Moses, which took eighty years for the Father to prepare and unleash into the land of Egypt finally, is a Moses leadership Spirit needed in this critical season. We need a Moses type of governmental Apostolic leader trained, equipped, and empowered through seasons of spiritual experience and ascended revelatory relationship with the Lord to fill the leadership gaps the Church currently faces.

Moving out of the current humanistic and religious slavery system, like the children of Israel, who were held in captivity for 430 years, is a profound principle of leadership that the Lord is stirring again in the hearts of a remnant generation.

Understanding the future is one of the most important fascinating attractions for the office and the gift of prophecy, as we see today. When people don’t have a physical or mental image to control or determine their movements towards their presumed future, they hardly take the risk of leaving their seemingly familiar comfort zone. And it’s for this reason that people are drawn to those who use extra-biblical means to find out what their future holds for them.

The future and the prophetic events that stage the various events in the sequence of the intended goals of the Father are borne by the prophetic Spirit of Christ. The future is about revealing Christ’s redemptive program and reality and not about some fearful mysterious eschatological and apocalyptic events, as many, unfortunately, assumed.

Without a doubt, our definition of the future is false and imaginary when the biblical prophetic visionary leadership architecture to drive such a definition and perspective is out of sync with the testimony of Christ, who is the Spirit of prophecy.

Suppose we have not yet built the kind of relationship that creates the atmosphere of spiritual interaction with Christ. In that case, we are not given such a privilege to know the mind of Christ and his operational perspective and philosophy. Unfortunately, in recent times, in the Body of Christ, we have seen how some personalities assumed to be key prophets and prophetess have continually misguided and misfired in their prophetic representations and predictions.

The fact that people do not have a monopoly and control to determine the path to their envisioned future often pushes them outside the framework of God’s word to try to connect with some form of spiritist medium, assuming that it will give them first-hand insight and direction into what their future holds.

Fortune-telling is one of the oldest human trades that has kept many in darkness and captivated many individuals, even among so-called Christians today who are not grounded in the undivided ministry of God’s truth.

The body of Christ today is filled with all types of extra-biblical practices by individuals who promise to give some direction and insights into the future. Naturally, people desire to know what the future holds for them, but the word of God is apparent regarding the value and protocols that should guide how to engage the principle of future/prophetic prediction.

The Lord has a plan and a future for his people, and we are told that his plan for this future is good, and he has a way of leading us towards this glorious future

10 This is what the Lord says: “When seventy years are completed for Babylon, I will come to you and fulfill my good promise to bring you back to this place.

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:10-11

In the priority of a biblically sound prophetic ministry, we notice that knowing the future is not just about fortune forecast, meaning predictions, even though there are tons of forecasts in the word of God. Some of these predictions or prophecies have already come to pass. However, others are currently being fulfilled as we move towards the final return of Christ.

It is essential to establish that prophecy is about Christ’s (will, purpose, and desire for us) testimony being fulfilled in and through our lives. Hence, biblical prophecy is about knowing and following Christ, the center of our past, present, and future.

The future is far beyond a calendar event, waiting to happen at a set time. It is rather about the unveiling of Christ’s ordained purpose for his redemptive counsel for humanity, and there is a season where such a plan becomes birthed into time. This season is currently seeing the birth of one of those prophetic plans of the Father for us, which will further lead us to those good plans he ordained for us before time began.

Moving forward represents various things to various people at different times and seasons of their lives. When we are therefore called to go forward, we are called to engage in the current redemptive plan of God in leading a generation of people and the entire creation order towards that next order of life, before Christ is finally fully unveiled to creation.

Anything within the current state of life that does not correspond to God’s moral code of the righteousness of Christ will be judged; evil will not win; tyrannical rulers of this present order of life will be judged.

Prophetically, we are in one of those seasons where the Spirit of the Lord is stirring the moving forward of the people of God, from Tyrannical rule of Egypt and Babylon to the place of spiritual liberty in the rebuilding of the broken walls and burnt gates of the lives of many devastated through the Coronavirus Pandemic.

Hence, the Spirit of the Lord calls this third-day saint to redefine and reimagine how we view the leadership of Moses and the rest of the apostolic tools required to carry out the present assignment.

The Church must align to the urgency for the prophetic redemptive program of God to be fully activated. However, when the image of where we are coming from still beclouds the reality of where we are supposed to be heading, we are always left with the option of remaining or returning to where we left at the next obstacle before us.

The Body of Christ is prophetically called to move forward to the next mandate of the redemptive initiative of Christ for creation. However, moving forward means first understanding the prophetic seasons that we have been brought into.

Since we are all at various spiritual stages in our spiritual walk, we need to understand the emphasis of the Father for where we are so that we can relevantly fit into the corporate prophetic marching order for the Church.

As we have often described, leadership goes far beyond our submission to a person. Leadership is first and foremost the recognition of the person and the ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives and where he wants us to be located at every interval and season of our lives. Submitting to the ministry of the Holy Spirit allows us to see and respond accurately to the people he is working through to establish his leadership purposes and intentions for our lives.

The prophetic intentions of the Father for us will bring different faces and hearts of leadership into our space, to align, correct, direct, and adapt our perspective to a more excellent way that is needed to fulfill the Father’s counsel for this epoch. The trumpet ministry is a profound instrument in revealing heaven’s prophetic program for the ecclesia and creation in general.
