principle of spiritual authority and governmental warfare
ARCHITECTURE OVER THE NATIONS

Revelation 2: 18
“To the angel of the church in
These are the words of the Son
of God, whose eyes are like blazing fire and whose feet are like burnished
bronze. 19 I know your deeds, your love and faith, your service and
perseverance, and that you are now doing more than you did at first.
20 Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants into sexual immorality and the eating of food sacrificed to idols. 21 I have given her time to repent of her immorality, but she is unwilling. 22 So I will cast her on a bed of suffering, and I will make those who commit adultery with her suffer intensely, unless they repent of her ways. 23 I will strike her children dead. Then all the churches will know that I am he who searches hearts and minds, and I will repay each of you according to your deeds.

have it to the full.
me to start this note by defining the meaning of a thief because it gives us a
footing and a perspective into what we shall be examining at the cause of this
message. A thief is defined as a person who steals another person’s property,
especially by stealth [cautious and surreptitious] and without using force or
threat of violence.
scriptural declaration by our Lord Jesus Christ himself and the definition of a
thief give a clear, in-depth, characteristics of the subtle nature of the battle
we’ve found ourselves as the Body of Christ. This description further defines
for us how we should engage the reality of the days we’re in with a deep sense
of cautiousness, sobriety, and prophetic discernment.
are back to the very same point and method the enemy used in invading the
Garden in Genesis without the voice or visibility of the man placed in charge
to challenge the invasion of his space and territory.
the Garden was invaded and violated by Lucifer, the Church and the nations
today are being invaded by the same enemy who is now using the rebellious spirit
and persona of the woman called Jezebel.

institutions and Churches across the globe. The degree of compromise in today’s
Church as seen in the society is a testimony to the failure of sound

where sound, biblical spiritual leadership has been compromised as we saw
regarding King Ahab of Israel.
spirits of deception, delusion, and corruption begins to operate in a society,
family, or Church when fathers and leaders abdicate their position and
responsibility. It is my strong believe
that behind the woes of today’s civilization is the reality of leadership failure.
We shall later consider these points as the Lord will grant us direction.
There’s no doubt the nature of the battle the Church of the Lord is currently faced with, characterize the spirit of Jezebel, and we are going to examine this spirit as we allow the Lord to open our eyes of wisdom and spiritual understanding. We shall look at what Jezebel is currently stealing, killing and destroying both the Body of Christ and within society.
no doubt we are living in one of the most intense seasons of spiritual warfare seen
the beginning of human history, and this battle will continue to increase even
as the Church and the nations enter the scope of the visibility of the
manifestation of the kingdom of God.
closer we step towards the declaration of the appearance of Christ’s government
on earth, the more intense our battles, birth pang, and of course, our tribulation.
sociocultural war of ideology and identity dysfunctionality we are seeing today,
even in the Church, reveals without a doubt the narrative objective the enemy
desire to see. However, this battle is far from you a cultural war; it is a
spiritual battle that is geared toward a total annihilation of human dignity,
morality, and obedience toward the standard of God and his kingdom.
those aware of this diabolic attack and have been well built and equipped with
the sevenfold spirit of Christ will stand their ground in facing this deadly assault.
Ignorance of the ways of the Lord and his dealings both within human affairs and
the Church of the living God is already costing many in the Body of Christ in a
great deal, but I hope that through some points that will be highlighted
through this note will help you see things in divine perspective.
is everything when it comes to understanding and responding to the demands and
challenges of our day. Both reading and studying the word of God in the light
of revelation and spiritual understanding in such a manner that gives clarity
and illumination is a high virtue required today in dealing with many of the seemingly
complex questions being asked, and I hope by the end of this resource note, with
the series of videos webinars already published on this topic should add to
the insights and keys of the kingdom to
effectively bring answers, solution, and direction.
current assault to change God’s moral code, order, values, and standard of
existence is a deliberate attack on the wisdom of God that has intensified in a
manner that is almost eroding the position of spiritual authority and
leadership within the community of God’s people, and this is where we need to walk
in reclaiming our position of biblical truth and its foundation.
The assault of Satanic powers through the spirit of Jezebel is one major battle today’s church and society is faced with, and unfortunately, many, including some of our spiritual leaders are not adequately equipped nor prepared to face. This is a battle that has already claimed many lives in the Body of Christ.
My joy however is, the Lord does not wait for everyone to be ready before he begins to equip his Saints to rise and fight the enemy already causing casualties across the nations.
We are now being giving spiritual tools, for divine upgrade; additional kingdom keys to unlock truths that will allow us to strategically address certain challenges that may seem as complex, or even mysterious to us at this end of days. Getting the keys and access the realms in the Father are two different things.
It seems to me while ready Mathews 16:20 that the first key to access within the bunch of keys is the revelation of Christ. And Jesus Christ said to his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Christ.
look at some scripture to give us perspective.
I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the
gates of Hades will not prevail against it. 19 I will give you the keys of the
kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and
whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” 20 Then He admonished
the disciples not to tell anyone that He was the Christ. Mathews 16:18-20

to finish by means of the flesh?

who claimed to be followers of Christ and members of his kingdom.
culture of the New Age spirits and the awakened occultic, eastern demonic worship
order has almost succeeded in changing the names, language, diet, and apparels of
many, particularly, in the Western world concept of Christianity as we’re now seeing
in Africa and the rest of the world.
Satanic agenda that seeks to change times and set laws, continue to harass the Saints

philosophy of a sound, apostolic biblical paradigm.

the times and the laws of God before our very eyes while we hide in caves and holes
as we see during the reign of Ahab and Jezebel.

Allow me to take a few moments of your time to call your attention again, to this one single challenge that has continued to bedevil our reintegration and development as a community and the nation as a whole. I will quickly give you a background to this article, but I will love to broaden the perspective of this discussion so you can appreciate my concern regarding this subject.
A few days ago, the 24th
of July to be precise, I was racially attacked and removed in the name of religion
from What’s on Franschhoek group page on Facebook for giving words of hope and encouragement
to the people. I took offence to the way I was collectively attacked, even though
I am not offended as a Christian with the way I was treated, in fact, I had taken
time to pray for my protagonist and the rest, but I felt it necessary to highlight
this issue to the public and the members of the Body of Christ to know the nature
of what we are dealing with especially here in the Western Cape of South Africa.
If anyone wants a copy of my transcript
with these folks, I’ll be more than willing to share them with you. While this debate went back and front, I thought
I should copy my discussion because I might just be removed, and I was right. While
some may argue that the group is not designed for my kind of post, well, they may
be right, but there was nothing that suggests I was wrong. Secondly, it was not
my first time of sharing words of faith and comfort, and I have also seen others
share on their faith on the page.
Thirdly, I have never received any
words of concern from the administrators regarding my post. However, some felt objected to this Christian
value, which a later realized is not just about the words I have shared but about
the person who posted it.
Some of these white folks had a problem
with my colour, and maybe my name, and of course; my intelligence from the way I
communicate, and then decided to launch an attack against me. Someone said you must
have an agenda on this group because you write intelligently. What a statement of
prejudice coming out of the mouth of a person to another human you have no clue
nor understanding of his identity or place in the community or the larger society.
The fact is, this kind of insinuation
is not just a reflection of shared ignorance and presumptive attitude we’ve seen
with many, but in my opinion, one of the highest forms of human prejudice, spiritual
blindness, and insecure dysfunctionality I have ever seen, to say the least.
They then threatened to report me
to the administrator of the group, which I was actually waiting for, but to my surprise,
by the next day, I discovered that I had been removed from the page without any
prior contact, or charges against me from the administrators of the page, if this
is not racial prejudice, then I wonder what it is?
It amazes me that one could be removed
from a page without committing any crime than the fact that I shared my faith in
love with others. As I said, this is just a background of the expansion of this
subject, and I will further speak about it at the cause of the article, and I will
like you to be patient in reading my highlights because it may just be a part of
the puzzle you need in securing the future of your children and family as they grow
in this racially toxic environment. The reality is, if I was a white man, we will
certainly not be having this discussion.
The battle against Racism goes
beyond a talk shop
Fellow readers and fellow citizens,
the mere acknowledgement of Racism, Xenophobia, religious bias, and other forms
of racial prejudices in our community is not enough in its total eradication. The
reality is, we must start from the point of the admission that we have not done
enough as government, community leaders, social activist, Church bodies, and the
general society in recognizing and conscientizing ourselves regarding this vivid
evil that has continued to eat our society like cancer. The removal of all forms of racial thought pattern
and tendencies should be aggressively engaged from all positions in our community
and the larger society.
Only the blind will not see the systematic
expression and impression of Racism and Xenophobia in the community of Franschhoek
under the pretext of safeguarding what they defined as their commercial tourist
space. What they forget to realize is, Franschhoek is not just a tourist space,
it’s also a community where people with great needs, challenges, and struggles resides,
who are desperately seeking for hope and direction in life, and this cannot be factored
out of the landscape and demography of Franschhoek as a space in South Africa.
For a couple of months now the community
of Franschhoek has witnessed the loss of lives. The kinds of accidents and deaths,
no one can explain has taken place, and unfortunately are still happening. For anyone to charge against words of hope, faith,
and encouragement in the name of posting on a wrong space in my opinion, is selfish
and devilish. When people no longer live
within the reality of the common culture of the community, they assume the world
revolves around their little world of perspective
The worrying thing for me about this
ungodly spirit of Intolerance is the fact that it has almost been accepted as the
norm, after all, many would argue, we’ve tried our best in fighting it, but there’s
very little or nothing we can do if the government cannot do something about it.
This kind of excuses is so flimsy
that it has continued to embolden certain sections within the community to continue
to take advantage of this seemingly lack of enough will and resolve in addressing
racist tendencies across the board. It’s just so worrisome how many people I know
complain about racial prejudice, even within their business and workplace, but are
speechless and powerless to do anything about it.
It’s time we teach and empower ordinary citizens on how to locate and address racial prejudice. We are a nation who love to talk about rights, and that is good, but the fact is, we often talk above the heads of those who are victims of racial abuse the most, unfortunately.
I am flagging this point again because
I want every one of us to sincerely and carefully examine ourselves, perhaps, there’s
an iota of this negative attitude living inside us, and to sincerely seek help in
dealing with it because Racism is a disease of hate that seeks to dehumanize and
destroy other’s value, identity, and dignity.
When you have children, as I do have two of my
own who are growing in an environment highly intoxicated by this evil spirit of
hate just because of their colour or race, it carries the potential to paralyze
their identity, dreams, potentials, and creative skill in contributing to the development
of the human race.
No one predesigned nor defined their colour of
skin or nationality, providence did! If in the 21st century, some still define others
through the veneer of their fear and insecurity, that tells me, we have a bigger
problem in our hands that even the idea of a prosperous society cannot resolve.
How can a nation prosper when there’s
a sharp division amongst its people and political parties? The spirit of divide
and rule is still much alive within the culture of our so-called new South Africa,
and it’s the number one reason for the ongoing collapse of the State economy.
Forgetting where we came from
One would assume that a society like
South Africa shaped under the brutal regime of apartheid will commit themselves
and resources to the eradication of any form or tendencies of racial inequality.
Unfortunately, this is yet to be manifested
even though this project is enshrined within the architectural framework of our
constitution. We may have one of the best
constitutions in the world, but we are certainly one of the worst, in upholding
and practising the spirit of the constitution, particularly, when it deals with
this issue of racism.
If I may draw your attention why a
young, vibrant, but divisive party like the EFF is increasely gaining ground across
South Africa, but also here in the Western Cape, is due to how the people feel on
the matter of the economy but in particular, on issues around racial prejudice and
For as long as there’s any form of
racial abuse and Xenophobic attacks, the EFF party will continue to grow because
they have positioned themselves as a party that fights for the freedom of the voiceless
and the equality of the people even though this may not be totally true in practice. I am not a politician, but a servant of the Most
High, and my duty is to speak out against inequality mindset, and prejudicial belief
system that has continued to dominate how some of our white folks see others.
To effectively rebuild the ruins of
the unfortunate legacy of apartheid here in South Africa, everyone should be willing
to look at themselves in the mirror of truth and genuinely ask themselves this question,
am I a racist in my perspective and values? Do I perpetuate racial tendency unknowingly
because you can manifest a racist attitude in so many ways without even knowing
To say you’re not a racist, you’ll
have to be extremely aware of what constitutes Racism, and for this to happen, you
must be able to see people through the eyes of their maker. Only a person with a
redeemed spirit of God can truly look at another person, particularly, if they are
wearing a different colour of skin as see them for who they are and not from some
socio-cultural believe or identity.
I am an optimist, and my position
from a vantage view gives me hope of a prosperous, well-integrated society, where
no one is judged or honour due to their colour, race, religion or sex. I am looking
forward to that day not afar where all who lives in this nation are truly treated
with dignity, respect, and not because they are white or any other colour but because
they are South African, and if they are foreign migrants, we should accord them
the respect and dignity we offer to guests who come to visit us.
Unfortunately, before we get to this
point, we will have to confront all this demon of Racism or Xenophobia, which has
eaten deep into our social culture. There are those who still choose to see and
believe from their dysfunctional perspective of white supremacy in our society,
but particularly, here in Franschhoek, and this calls for great concern if we must
secure the future posterity.
Am not new to the battle of racism
I am not new to the issue of xenophobic
attack; I am quite aware of the operation of this ungodly spirit of insecurity.
I had to face the reality of how it feels to be challenged, suspected, accused,
and lied upon by so-called pastors and Christians, due to the colour of my skin
and the region I came from.
If I wasn’t keenly aware of my prophetic
mission to the nation of South Africa, particularly, why I am currently based in
the Western Cape, I would have been driven into the hole or some cave in hiding
like many have been force to do by this demonic spirit. To a large degree, I believe
that I cannot be a faithful prophetic intercessor without facing what many have
suffered and are still facing as South Africans from the hands of those who think
they hold the key to the economy of the nation.
I do not believe that it’s by accident
or chance the Lord directed my steps to the community of Franschhoek here in the
Western Cape. I do think that my marrying
a woman of colour is part of my prophetic assignment to see and feel the level of
suffering and damage inflicted on this nation of people. For those who care to know,
my marriage was not a marriage of convenience.
I did not marry to become a South African citizen; no. I became a citizen
of South Africa by pure merit.
The wrong perception you grew in makes
you devalue people or overvalue others who don’t deserve such level of honour. When
a white beggar looks down at your gift because you’re a person of a different colour,
such a beggar should not be helped until such perverted, dysfunctional mindset is
The reality is, everyone speaks and
view life from a specific ideological frame of mind. I could speak from an intellectual
point regarding this matter, or speak from a political perspective, and I could
also choose or speak from an immigrant view, and I’ll still be correct.
However, I’ve chosen to speak from
God’s view and value regarding this matter because that’s my primary value system
and philosophy of existence so I could be justified by him. The point I’m trying
to make through this write up is more than just an incident that happened to me,
I am trying to draw your attention and that of South Africans, particularly, the
spiritual and political leaders because they are responsible in shaping the destiny
of the nation on the right path. They’re still the landmines of apartheid buried
within the ground of our socio-cultural, economic engagement that will continue
to lame many if we don’t strategically locate and defused them.
Racism is a landmine
Racism is a landmine of apartheid
that is still very much alive within the hearts and the social fabric of our communities.
Unfortunately, it seems we lack both the political and spiritual leadership will
in dealing with it. I have gone way past the point of trying to prove a point to
anyone regarding my believe and stand for truth and justice, not just in the community
of Franschhoek but in the entire nation of South Africa.
The reality is, if some of the mortals
choose not to see nor recognize this side of me, well, the heavens will continue
to testify of my presence and footprint as one whose agenda is to bring healing,
hope, and restoration to many who cannot
even identify themselves as part of this great nation because they’ve been racially
abused and marginalized. The battle of Racism and Xenophobia is in the realms of
human thought and mind process, and only those with a sound mental and spiritual
capacity can effectively challenge this evil spirit.
Racism on social media
As I explained earlier, three days
ago, I posted two images on a Facebook group called ‘What’s on Franschhoek’ that
made some whites feel I do not have the right to publish those words on the group
page. Now, I’ve been on this group for the past two or three years if I could remember,
but I hardly post on the group.
Secondly, the few times I did post,
I did not receive any word from the administrator to stop what I was posting, why?
Because there was nothing hateful, or prejudicial about my posts. Like we all know,
group posting is first approved before they allow others to see them. I am not sure
why I did not receive a word from those administrating the group that what you are
sharing is hate speech or something that is not relevant to the community. In fact,
the few posts that I shared, we’re loved and appreciated by a few white folks even
though I noticed some of my earlier post were mucked by two men.
Thirdly, as a person of principle
who understood the idea of protocol regarding people’s space, I hardly impose myself
on others, including on social media; I would never go out of my way to violate
people’s space and right. I have seen one of two messages in this group that seeks
to encourage people on the issues around the Christian faith. More so, there nothing
on the group that says this group is strictly business while many, of course, on
the group basically use it for their business advertisement.
Religion, Philosophy, and economy
the heart of human search
From the cradle of time as we read
about the great cities, empires and kingdoms, known for their merchant trade routes,
philosophy, religion and the search for wisdom were known to be the center core
of their trade, and this was highlighted by the great merchant, philosopher, and
adventurer by the name Marco polo. The search for truth in philosophy while the
merchant’s trade has always been the light that illuminates the hearts of the people
To remove what is termed religious
in the name of preserving the culture of buying and selling in society is totally
contrary to the heart of economic philosophy. Steve Job, the founder of Apple at
a point of his struggle with the idea of his company, went to India to consult some
of the top Hindu Guru for direction. The point I am making is, religion has always
been part of the concept of conceptualization, creativity, skill upgrade, and socioeconomic
advancement. A tourist who goes to Indonesia, Malaysia, India, know that they will
interact with ideas, concepts, arts and music that captures the spirit and religion
of such regions.
The same goes for those who travel
to places like Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Dubai, and so on, knowing that they cannot
avoid ideas and arts that impresses the religion of Islam. We may argue that South
Africa is a secular state, and that’s true, but nothing in the constitution of South
Africa prevents the expression of the Christian faith publicly.
Those who have no sense of eternal
vision for the development of others and the community only focus on what fits into
their narrative of self-definition. Life is a complex reality, captured in the very
reason for its existence through the eyes and faith of others.
As wealthy as the nation of India
in its economy and keeping in mind that India is a secular state, yet, its Hindu
religion is seen and visible across the board even within the business space. Those
who are trying to use the pretext of secularism to try to shut down the voice of
truth and that of God’s kingdom should think again because it will not work.
Cities and communities regardless
of rich or beautiful they are should never be reduced to a common commodity of trade.
Every society, including this community, has a soul seeking for redemption even
amongst the highly rich and influential. About last month, I felt led to start posting one
or two words of encouragement from the scriptures on the group, and this was not
a daily routine, and by the way, I was very aware of the kind of audience I am trying
to minister to one group knowing the kind of resistance I may face.
Talking about audience, I am quite
aware of various spiritual levels of those following me online, and therefore, I
try to give varieties to cater for everyone, including some who immature or are
teenagers following me. I have allowed a day to pass by before speaking about this
matter so that I don’t find myself speaking out of unprocessed thought or emotional
I have carefully considered my position
and the position of all those who attacked me for speaking words of truth and hoped
to anyone who may need it. In all fairness, a few of the posts that I have shared
were like, mostly by some of the white folks, because only a person that has a different
agenda will see those words and will not appreciate it.
Why I was attack on the card of
Friends, the issue of my attack was
not for the fact that what I said was wrong or right; the reality was, my pigmentation
does not fit into the narrative of the white population on the group. Secondly,
I must have a hidden agenda since my writing sounds intelligent; now, this is a
direct quote from one of my protagonists.
One of them, a white lady threatens
me, if you don’t stop now, I’ll report you to the administrator. So, I replied her
please do, so I could explain myself and position, of course, they carried out their
threat without getting any notification from the admin calling or warning me
not to write anything pertaining to Christ on the post.
I have been removed from the post,
and I give thanks to God to have used me to highlight to the people that Racism
is still very much alive in South Africa, particularly, here in the Western Cape
and in Franschhoek. Please, do note that there are several reasons why I chose to
highlight this matter, particularly, now that the issue of racial profiling and
discrimination is rearing its ugly head again across the globe.
We should not be talking about tolerance
when we all have equal rights of existence as humans. After apologizing that am
sorry to the very first guy who took offense at my post for my sharing of the gospel
truth, that apology was seen as a weakness from my side, and just after that, everyone
jumped on in to ask me to leave the group. They saw my apology as a weakness to
launch an attack on me, but they were indeed blind to know that my apology was my
strength and position of courage to stand for my right, and what I have believed
for the past thirty years of my calling into ministry as the servant of Jehovah.
I will never give in nor bow to racial
discrimination regardless of where or from whom it’s coming from. Racism is an anti-Christ
spirit, and behind this evil spirit, is a deep sense of insecurity, fear, lack of
trust, and pride to say the least. I’ve got friends that are whites; one of my best
friends was white before he went to be with the Lord, and it took a while before
we could finally agree on some very critical issue around race, politics, migration,
Sometimes, we had heated arguments
to the point that he will leave my place a bit angry, but by the next day, the matters
are resolved through the common ground of our faith in the Lord. The reality is,
many whites, are still unwilling to recognize and accept the common ground that
defines and bind us together as a nation. Many unfortunately, still believe they
are in charge of the country due to their economic investment and this is a terrible
The very first white friend I had
was in Nigeria; we met in a bus-taxi while I was preaching. We became the best of
friends for many years until I lost contact with him. One of my family members,
a big aunty, was married to a white Canadian for more than thirty years. I have
always had white folks around me, and they all know where I stand on the ugly issue
of prejudice and racial bias. On the flip side, I have confronted people of my colour
and skin again on racial remarks or attitude against white folks.
Wherever I hear some generalizing
the idea that all whites are racist, I fight against such ungodly statements or
notion. I will never allow any person to treat a white person with contempt due
to his or her colour of skin. I know that this is a serious issue because it deals
with how the environment, we grew up shaped our thought pattern and perspective
to life and others. We must take a deep, sincere self-examination if we are found
wanting in this Satanic spirit that is today destroying our humanity.
I don’t want my children growing up
at start feeling something is wrong with them because of their colour of skin or
how they look. Neither do I want any white child growing up thinking he or she must
behave in a particular manner to be accepted by the rest because of how he looks.
When the issue of Race and Religion
shutdown your voice
The more we reject the value of God’s
word and continue to accept the agenda of those who want to change the order of
things that is so unnatural, the more we are going to have these issues, unfortunately.
How do we build an integrated society when perception is still rigid; how can we
develop a coherent, patriotic nation when some group still chooses to see from a
supremacist, prideful, prejudice mindset?
Another point I’ll like to highlight
is the fact that many of the people who know me on the group, and I think they should
be about five or so, including my wife, could not jump into the conversation to
my defense; if for nothing, say but we know this person you guys are challenging
or attacking. But further still, if they cannot stand up for me, they should be
able to stand up for the defense of the cross of Christ and their own faith.
Not one person came to my defense
or that of the kingdom, and you know why they couldn’t do that? They’ve all been
captured by the spirit of apartheid; fear, intimidation, and limitation have crippled
them to the point that they have totally lost their voice to speak out for justice.
I saw this as a great test, not the whites that I know said anything, not some of
the colored or my African brother or sister will dare rise to my defense.
I felt glorious like Stephen, who
stood before the Sanhedrin in the Bible, defending his stand for Christ and his
kingdom. If you cannot stand for truth and
the messenger of prophetic truth, what then are you standing for? What do you call the silence of this so-called
Christians? Many of what we claim to be practicing today as Christians is an extension
of the worship of Baal because we are afraid of Jezebel. They rather be quiet than
incur the wrought of Jezebel
Friends, I’ve been doing a write up
on the architect of Jezebel, and one thing you’ll see in the attack of Jezebel and
other tactics of the enemy is to use the spirit of intimidation to cripple their
opponents. Many, today, who attend some Christian gathering or community have no
capacity to stand up against the spirit of intimidation and fear.
Many only make noise in the holes
and caves they call churches. When spiritual leaders don’t seem to have the capacity
to address these evil tendencies on the pulpits, what then are they preaching and
teaching the people. Those who promoted the agenda and the development of apartheid
used the spiritual leaders and the platforms of the Church, and this is still happening
Today, we are seeing certain white folks trying to pay penitence for the sins of their fathers by serving foods to the poor communities; many have used Mandela day to try to show they are helping in the poor while we know that the spirit of prejudice still lingers in the hearts of many. If you asked me, this is playing on the intelligence of the people. If the white South Africans truly want to change the way things are going, let’s all start by changing how we see our fellow blacks or coloured humans.
Perception must be where change begins from and not in the mere handing over of some food packs or clothes to our vulnerable black folks or colored children in need.
This is good, but not good enough if we desire to escalate the agenda of grassroots integration, transformation and transformation.
If I could be judged and looked down upon based on the colour of my skin and not on my character or intelligence, then, something is still fundamentally flawed with the architectural framework of how many in our society think and see themselves and others.
My call is for everyone to stand up against this evil that is threatening the future of the community of Franschhoek and our beloved nation.
The voice of the Church must be awakened in addressing this problem; political leaders should never allow anyone to use the card of raise to abuse or dominate others, especially on the grounds of religion.
Those in the fields of business should stop abusing and underpaying their workers because they see them as vulnerable. Respect for all humans is a right and a necessity because we all love to be respected.
I will continue to be indebted to those white folks in the community of Franschhoek, and in other places who are selflessly serving not because they feel guilty, or seek to pay some form of penitence for the sins of their ancestors but because they love humanity regardless of their colour, tongue or creed.
Let it be known today that any individual who think they have a dominant voice or hand over any space in this new South Africa should think again because they will be stopped no matter what.
It’s a new dawn for South Africa, and indeed, racism has, and all forms of racial prejudice has no place here.
The mystery of beauty. Spring is a reflection of the glorious beauty of Christ to creation.
God gave us beauty to express his glory and majesty.
One of the characters of God is beauty; beauty is a deep reflection of the Father’s creativity. Very few today appreciate nor understand the purpose of beauty, and due to this ignorance, the enemy has sought to pervert the beauty of God in and around us.
When we read and familiarize ourselves with the account of creation in Genesis, we begin to get the sense the Father’s eternal intention, which I believe is to express his glorious beauty, power, and majesty across the earth. The’s no way we can begin to talk about God without mentioning his beauty, majesty, and glory.
The beauty of God is still relevant teaching we should pay more close attention to even as we are invited to step into a new spiritual epoch. We can choose to shift our focus from the present darkness and begin to pay more close attention to the dawn of the new season, emerging out of the shadow of yesterday.
I believe that within the present challenges of darkness eclipsing the earth that there’s a dawning of a new day; a day where the light of God is becoming even brighter than when we first began.
The choice to choose to see beauty in ashes is a wonderful training we must endeavor to go through, so has to become a testimony of heaven’s brilliance in time where people find it difficult to see nor appreciate the investment of God’s treasure in earthen vessels.
I love to take pictures, and I’ve been able to use my camera to capture the most beautiful images out of the worst condition or situation around. Creating images out the chaotic, life, realities is something I cherish and love as a follower of Christ. it was not always like this. I have had my own share of seasons of pain, frustrations, disappointment, fear, discouragement and even the sense of giving up.
The Father was gracious to me to have given me another chance to see life through his eyes. Indeed, until we learn to see and understand ourselves and life itself through the eyes of the Father, we will never see anything beautiful about our lives.
It takes a person that has been invited to the hill of the Lord to see things and people from an elevated point. when the Lord brought me to have a glimmer of life from an ascended point, it changed my self-perception, and the way I generally see other and things.
Sprint is upon us again; what do you to see? Are you going to fix your eyes and attention on just the troubles, needs, pains, disappointments and failures around you? Or are you going left your eyes and behold the blooming of beautiful flowers springing up all around you?
Many of the flowers grow in the most disadvantaged and marginalized communities. The pain and challenges of our environment do not stop the flowers from blooming when their season arrives. this is a lesson we should learn as we see spring dawns upon us again.
Are you going to allow your fear and worry to rob of the beautiful things the Father desire to reveal to you in this season. There’s more to those beautiful butterflies and flowers blooming; there’s a spiritual message the Father is conveying to you, and you don’t want to miss his voice in this season of [spiritual] spring.
Within the chaotic challenges of life, beauty is all around us. The appreciation of beauty starts with the configuration of our self-perception. When we cannot recognize our own inner self-beauty, it will be hard press to value and appreciate the beauty of others or what is around us.
When the rainbow appears in the sky, it does not remove the reality of the needs, pains, and the complex challenges around us, but it sure does reminds us of the eternal, promised covenant of God to creation.
I live in an environment of two contrast, and I am sure that is this is the story of almost everyone living in one community or the other South Africa. You can be living in some worth define, expensive, beautiful estate when the bridge across your estate or complex is a total reflection a sharp contrast.
A contrast that highlight by the facts of marginalization, poverty, inequality, the lack of essential socioeconomic opportunities and so on. , To, therefore, define your status by where you live is some worth blind and inaccurate at least here in South Africa.
The legacy of Apartheid housing layout is still very much visible in the so-called post-Apartheid political state. I brought out this point to say that living in South Africa, particularly as believers, requires that we keenly understand the true definition of beauty and how to appreciate even in the midst of struggle. But to merely fix our eyes and attention on the darkness of our history is to rob ourselves in the ongoing transformation of a new nation emerging in beauty and glory.
Beauty is not measured nor determined by class, race, gender or wealth. The grace of Beauty is a character that is reflective in the value of self-awareness and self-worth, entrenched in the identity of every human, especially those who have discovered the unconditional, eternal love Christ for them.
It takes a person who appreciates the investment of God in his or her life to see the worth and value of God in others, and therefore, perceive their beauty and appreciates it as they grow and bloom for God and creation.
Beauty is an internal and eternal design of our unique identity and ability, or maybe, our disabilities as the case may be, this means that when we’re able to discern each other’s essence precisely, we can then begin to appreciate each one’s potential and contribution to life.
No one is an accident; we are all born and located where we are for a reason, that should positively impact and transform someone else life.
I try to see and appreciate beauty in everything around me. 90% of my picture are taking in places people will hardly ascribe as beautiful. I’ve been able to see grace, elegance, and beauty through the eyes of God because everything he created was designed excellent and beautiful.
The challenge many are faced with today, especially here in South Africa is that we’ve stopped seeing the inner beauty in ourselves and around us. We’ve become more fixative on others definition and description of beauty either through the social media or amongst other social groups and friends to the point of rejecting God’s eternal definition of who we are and what we represent on his behalf. We are a nation of beautiful people and landscapes, but we’ve allowed darkness to almost cover these beauty.
It’s like the more we absorb the identity others regarding who we are as a nation, the more we lose our moral values and identity. The lack of seeing and appreciating our self-beauty has led us to become something terrible to each other to the point of manifesting the spirit of Cain-the spirit that kills his own brother.
When what is designed beautiful becomes altered by insecure dysfunctionality and corrupt Imagination, when have then directly, or indirectly turned the image of God into an idol of human craft that will eventually bring sorrow and pain to the heart. To design or craft an image that expresses the beautiful values of God for creation is to extend the glory of God within such fields of existence.
Beauty is a mystery that can only be correctly defined and understood the way God sees his creation in the beginning…after he created man, and he said, it was very good. Goodness and beauty are synonymous to the awakening of light of God within a heart that is once darkened by corruption. Beauty is the act of perfection in creation; it is not the expression of adornment.
Why do today’s Christians, mainly ladies use the term sexy to refer to a beautiful person or image? It’s important we note that sexy and beautiful are two different words that mean two completely different things. Please take note, when human minds and imagination begins to get transformed, they will start to enjoy the art of pure beauty.
Capturing the image of pure beauty through lens view of the transformed mind, passing through eye gate, expressed through the art of (sound) words, writings, or even paintings and photography is one of the glorious mysteries of the redeemed spirit that is called prophetic.
The prophetic is a reflection, and also an expression of the beautiful heart of the heart revealed through various arts and acts. Beauty is not just about what you see; it is about how you understand the value of what you see.
There’s beauty in sight
There’s beauty in sound
There’s beauty in words
There’s beauty in silence
Entering the art of appreciating beauty is first to learn to unlearn the perversion the soul has accumulated as the image beauty. Admiration is a beautiful thing when the soul is free of the wrong definition accumulated by false impression. Inspiration is wonderful when the mind has yielded to the creative life source of the Spirit. To think you can be inspired to create anything outside the life of God is to believe that a fish can survive living outside water.
Not acknowledging the giver of a thing doesn’t make the person less the giver of such a thing. Your acknowledgment of the presence of God in your life only creates more magnificent room for him to do much more you can ever imagine or think. Not recognizing and appreciating does not erode the fact that thing you have belongs to him. Beauty is of the Lord. All good and perfect gifts come from him.
I am an art student; this implies that every aspect of my life is by default drown to the creative life and nature of God…even science is an art of beauty in the sight of the creator. What he imagines, he creates, though we may not see it, the Lord is forever creating new things, yet, ancient in his eternity.
Do you know that the beauty of eternity is both past and future? There’s nothing new under the sun than to appreciate through the lens view of the Spirit what has been brought your path through providence.
Allow me to bother you again with one of the life-messages of wisdom. Many Christians today have become so naturally accustomed to specific and essential, practices to the extent that we have almost forgotten the transforming-life lesson we should be learning from them.
Yesterday evening my wife brought these plants home, and she immediately got a cup with water inside and dropped the plants in it. I didn’t give much attention to it except for the fact that she said one of the plants is a pine tree.
This morning while I was making myself a cup of tea, the Holy Spirit drew my attention to the cup and asked me, what do you see? I immediately cut the reason for the question; if the plants are not secure in the appropriate environment, they will eventually die in the next few hours or days depending on their longevity.
The right habitat of the plants does not only secure their existence but also their potential in growing and fulfilling their ordained purpose for life.
What a profound truth that we daily take for granted. Living daily in the environment that sustains who we are made to be is an ever-fresh revelation we should always cherish if we must remain relevant in life.
We’ve been placed in an environment that sustains everything we are, and should represent as humans made in the likeness of God. A life lived in the consciousness of the abiding presence of God is one that receives provision for life and godliness according to brother Peter.
Let me remind us that we do not have any excuse whatsoever not to remain in our natural habitat as followers of Christ, and for those who are none-Christians, nature speaks to us of who we are, and how we ought to be sustained in life even without a preacher.
This is the reason the book of Romans declares that as humans, we have no excuse for not living our lives according to the ethics code of God.
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
Why is it easy to see the repercussion of not transplanting a plant in their right habitat of water supply, yet, it seems so difficult to accept our own inherent sustained environment within the stream of living water?
While these plants do not have the will of their own to jump out of the water, and if they can, they will eventually die. We, however, see the will of these plants bound to the eternal objective of what they’ve been ordained for in their service to the use of man and the rest of creation.
Man, as the most superior of all Gods creation has been given a will because the one who created him has a will. However, we have not truly fathomed, understand, nor appreciate why we’ve been given a will that should be continually surrendered to the one who gave it to us as part of our daily devotional service to him who created us for his own good pleasure.
We’ve assumed that because we have a sense of where we came from, at least as Christians, immediately translates to been secured within the environment of our sustainability which of course is a terrible lie.
Refusing to consciously yield ourselves in obedience to the will of God is like a fish out of the water, assuming it will survive. Friends, this is not just some natural law, but a spiritual one, that should be daily sustained and in practice if we desire peace and fulfillment.
If you ever assume that you can survive with your supposed advanced intelligence and secured financial muscle without you abiding continually in the presence of Christ who is the source of all things, is a lie and you will soon die if you don’t remain in your natural spiritual habitat in Christ.
I hope these few lines will stir and motivate your spirit mind to start abiding in Christ our eternal source.
A considerable amount of Church community has managed to raise men and women who are more popular than the very Christ they claim to be representing. We today have church folks who believe more of what the preacher says in excitement than what is biblically correct.
The image of the man of sin is now seating in the temple, demanding worship and praise from the people of God. Many of our church folks have been bewitched by falsehood; truth has fallen to the ground, and no one seems to care.
Today, the act of carnality has become more fun and trendy to many, including church leaders, who by default ought to be the very exemplary standard-value of spiritual representation. Hardly do we see the concept of a church community gathering today that is not driven by some form activities that merely seek to exalt men.
We have raised a generation of Christians who are uncomfortable with a message that probes the heart and demands a change of character lifestyle. Our gospel messages and initiatives are focus around getting the people motivated for as long as we do not require them to change or sacrifice for the things of the Spirit. The pressure of material blessings, increase Church numbers,, and financial success has led many so-called church leaders to the house of wicked people to get demonic power to increase or maintain their status.
The voice of sensuality is growing more powerful than the sound of the spirit that seeks to please the Father, and we all need to corporately address this perverted spirit before we lose the next generation to the soulish, demonic lifestyle.
The world of the soul-life is a well-organized universe that requires individuals who have successfully graduated from the University of identifying each component and operations of the Spirit of truth, particularly, in the area of the principle of human redemption with the capacity to engage and expose the complex nature and operations of the unregenerate soul.
It does take a person who has lived and operated in the conscious, carnal character and a degree of the sound spiritual state of life to assist us to make sense of what it means to be carnally spiritual, and this is what we find I found in Paul and David.
What do I mean by this? David understood a profound character mechanism of the ministry of the (principle) laws of God in the conversion of the human soul.
Now, that takes a certain degree of relationship with the values of God’s word to be shown such level of profound truth. It is true that man, including those of us who have claimed to have experienced salvation to front a sense of spirituality that is derived from the soul realm because we’ve not been exposed to a certain depth of truth in our work with God.
The soul of man can virtually mimic, or even perform certain acts of spiritual activity, including what we may term as miracles, especially when it’s exposed and accustomed to the knowledge and operational system of the spirit, and there’s no doubt that the soul is very familiar with the peripheral environmental activity of the spirit. In the ascended operatives dimensions of the spiritual life, no part of the unregenerate soul faculty is allowed to function without their submission to the divine order of the spirit.
The function of the soul faculties alongside the governing authority of spirit-man is the divine pattern from the beginning. However, the fall has brought a sharp division that has continued to prevent a man from operating in his restored, ascended spiritual lifestyle. It must be clear that our spirituality and its operatives cannot be complete without the functional mechanism of the entire soul faculties.
The priority of heaven in this season is not just for us to understand the functional division of these two realms but to find the divine pathway of restoring them so that Man can once again function in that synchronized position of his restored life. Every autonomous faculty of man, particularly in the soul realm must be regulated and reunited under the governing, leadership system of the kingdom of God’s Holy Spirit.
Many of the spiritual realities and kingdom initiatives we are trying to achieve through an idealistic pursuit like the ministry of the oneness of the Body of Christ may not be quickly achieved due to our obscurity of this truth.
The unity of the Body of Christ and the corporate function of the ascended gifts will only become a true reality when we’ve successfully unseat the soul from the leadership position of the Church and general behavioral human lifestyle.
Unfortunately, the understanding of this highly, technical, operational mechanisms of the unregenerate soul-life is still a mystery to several believers, including many of the so-called spiritual leaders who have allowed the enemy to seduce and subdue their spiritual faculty into this sensual, demonic type of leadership.
Being able to function in what may be termed or seen as spiritual is perhaps one of the deadliest deceptions today especially within the Body of Christ, and we are warned to be wary of such manifestation when we see them in operation.
I have to some degree experienced what I am sharing through this note. Therefore, it is not some theoretical or some third-hand information.
it might be commendable to practice a form of spirituality that is based on some mental process information we’ve gathered, or have been exposed to due to the privilege of proximity and association with those who are knowledgable in spiritual matters.
But certainly not recommended nor commendable when such knowledge has not been duly processed and refined within the crucible of heaven’s designed process.
When ministry does not flow from a pure, devotional state of an ongoing relationship with the Father, it will ultimately produce fruits sourced from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil which will manifest itself in pride which will lead destruction. It is so easy to build our dependence on what we know mentally, and present such mental knowledge to people as a first-hand spiritual experienced; this is called spiritual deception.
When we mention the term carnality, we are quick to think of a particular sin which is true to some extent, but the very nature of carnality as I have earlier described is a lifestyle that operates through sensual knowledge depend on the soul-faculty for what it sees, belief, choose, and decide, and many unfortunately operate their concept of spirituality from the point of view.
Therefore, carnality is to allow the position and influence of men, including that of so-called men God and spiritual leaders to override the mind of Christ and his standard of truth in our lives.
Carnality which is the soul-life is to be more afraid of men than the one who called us and send us to represent him.
Carnality is to lose your voice when heaven expect you to speak in defense of its values and standard. Carnality is when you and I seek to judge things, including people through their material or physical disposition.
Carnality is when the title of our so-called ministry r gifts becomes more important than the very life-fruit of him who called us and sent us to represent him.
Carnality is to eat and be Continually sustained by the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
There are two kinds of wisdom in the scripture just as they are two types of knowledge, one sourced from the tree of life while the other emanates from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
The scripture informs us that knowledge will increase in the last day, and we are seeing the fruition of this biblical prophecy coming to pass before our very eyes; an awareness that contradicts the principle of God and the respect for each other is increasing at all levels.
One of the characteristics of the last days is a total shift from the depending on the wisdom and knowledge of God to depending on the philosophy and ideology of man.
Human wisdom is one of the most significant challenges of today’s church, and the reason is clear, the wisdom or knowledge of God sound and looks foolish to man.
Sensuality is mixed with the knowledge, Eastern philosophy is becoming more prevalent and accepted among the western culture.
These forms of thinking that derive its source of information and inspiration from the soulish, sensual thinking is rewriting the template of how humans see and process morality and spirituality.
Of a truth, this is the age of knowledge as it has been prophetically declared according to prophet Daniel, and we are seeing the power of knowledge giving rise to many things not just in the general society but within the Church, which is contradicting every form of sound, biblical values of spirituality.
Knowledge is a product of the Spirit. However, we are now witnessing the accelerated, advanced development of another type of knowledge which the fallen man is very much familiar with, gaining precedence over the wisdom that comes from the tree of life.
This knowledge that flows from the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil has almost taken over the entire spiritual culture and worship system of the Church.
What is generally define as spirituality today are mostly sourced from the fruit of this tree of the knowledge of good and evil, and unfortunately, very few are keenly aware of this important deceptive and seductive activity taking place before their very face.
Today’s definition of spirituality is a learned art, mimic by what the soul as glean from those who many sees and deem to be successful. When we see and judge success merely by the obvious, it means that we subject to demonic control, manipulation, and witchcraft.
Being spiritually carnal is a term I have coined out to give voice and perspective to one of the most challenging topics in the contemporary Christian faith and human development. Particularly, in an era where carnality is now wearing the image of what men define and termed as spiritual.
The increased influence materialism and visualization has continued to Rob the church of the true sense of spirituality. When we base reality on what can be touched and seen, am afraid, we cannot go on with the Lord to that place of spiritual maturity.
Please note this point, being carnal does not necessarily prevent us from being aware of specific information either natural or spiritual.
We can be very aware or exposed to profound spiritual knowledge and still be highly sensual in our values and desire because information on its own does not have the transforming power of change. What we do with what we know is where the power of truth lies.
Here is a profound statement that gives voice to what I am trying to convey. Truth is not just about what we know or do with what we believe. The truth is about who we are becoming by what we believe in thought and through experience.
Lucifer is one of the most spiritually intelligent beings, yet, totally sold out to a sensual lifestyle, expressed in rebellion to the set standard of the Father. Some of his deadliest weapons at his disposal today are the ability to manipulate the knowledge and truth he was exposed to while he was the cherubim that cover the glory of God, and his the single reason the ecclesia must study and understand the doctrine of truth.
What defines true, biblical spirituality is not just about the degree of knowledge we have acquired or have been exposed to which have eventually become part of our residual, intellectual property.
But a continual relationship with the Father that keeps such knowledge or information alive in the place of unbroken, daily relationship.
I firmly believe that this was the principle and value the Father was instilling within the mindset of his children when he introduced the principle of manna in the wilderness.
Living out of the proceeding word is a powerful spiritual discipline that keeps us away from the deception of soulish, self-dependence attitude.
Learning to depend on the Lord for our daily [provision of sustenance] bread either for our emotional, psychological, material, or spiritual need is the most beautiful thing, and the most important spiritual principle we can ever attain.
Total dependency on Christ is the highest level of faith attainment in the spiritual journey. This has however proven to be one of man’s most challenging spiritual quest due to the advanced operational nature of the unregenerate soul faculties in man.
It is easy to depend on your own will, desire, or emotion regarding a need or decision that than to trust and wait for the Father’s verdict. Human needs, particularly, emotional or material always expose human carnality.
The children of Israel proved this point time and lever gain. Whenever they met a situation of need, they would run back to their default position of reasoning which is usually soulish and not spiritual. exposed.
In fact, at a point in their journey due to the delay of Moses on the mountain with the Father, they decided to choose another means that will lead them to the Promised Land rather than waiting for Moses, the leader God choose for them.
Further still, you will see them praise God whenever things work for their favor. Their understanding of spirituality means that things should always work out for their favor, then they will give praise and glory to God.
This lifestyle is, however, a profound manifestation of pure carnal tendency which is what we see being practiced in today’s context of Christianity.
The soul faculties are designed in a manner that they can both receive and [release] give knowledge in whatever form or format such knowledge or information is required.
In other words, when a person gets to be exposed or grows in a particular environment that offers the privilege to know certain arts, by default, such a person is able to duplicate or replicate the art in a different environment.
This is a law; what we learn can be replicated with or without our personal interest. This same goes for the concept of language.
When a child is born a different environment to his or her mother’s tongue, the child naturally picks up the lingual of such environment of birth. Knowledge is a learned art beyond the orthodox four walls of a classroom.
General knowledge is usually imparted through contacts and the influence we come under. Knowledge is what we are exposed to particularly through cultural philosophies.
Religion and even spirituality is a learned art that can be further developed into a personal experience depending on what caught our attention and what happens when our attention is caught.
This is one of the reasons why we are commissioned to go preach the good news to the world, and then make disciples of all nations. So, how would the people hear without anyone being sent?
When we consider the various aspects that make the communication of the truth or the gospel of Christ to the world, we see a progressive pattern that carries a systematic, continuous form of engagement and development until individuals arrive at their point of deciding that they need to have a relationship with the Lord.
The arriving point of deciding to have a relationship with Christ is never an instantaneous thing as many have assumed and this one of the end I am trying to raise as we examine this principle before us.
Many unfortunately have remained in the awareness point of what the scripture revealed about truth and spirituality, and in fact, have to build things and ministry around this awareness knowledge that is yet to be translated into a relevant relationship with Christ and his kingdom.
In an Age where another form of spirituality that does not involve pure relationship that flows from the heart of total devotion to the Father is fast gaining popularity across the world, we need to reexamine what defines the art of true, biblically sound spirituality so, don’t fall into the trap of this New Age spirit.
The rise of the New Age ideology of spirituality has continued to give precedence to this false, ancient lie that promotes that ideology that one can be spiritual without necessarily adhering to the value standard of God’s oracle.
The New Age spirituality promotes any form of religion that allows a man to be whatever he decides to be for as long as he or she feels right about it.
This is undoubtedly a false religious belief that must be challenged with the most advanced, biblical, prophetic insight and wisdom.
I do believe there’s a synergistic connection between sound biblical spirituality and human development. There’s no way we can accurately arrive at a perfect development without the restored inflow of biblical spirituality.
While the fallen man has continued to enhance the various aspects of his unregenerate soul faculties in terms of his exposure to foreign knowledge in the realms mental, emotional, and intellectual aptitude. He, however, remain estranged to the divine, unified, perfected life of his being in Christ.
Until the soul and his entire faculties surrender to the divine authority of the awakened spiritman, he will never enter the day of unified, perfected rest.
This is the day the Lord is calling us back to the realm of total harmonization of our entry back to its first state in the Father.
The division man experienced in the garden between his faculties must first be identified and restored before the advanced reformation and restoration of the various part of the body of Christ, and his ascended gifts can become a true unified, corporate church that executes the bedding of the Father seamlessly without friction.
This is, however, not going to be easy as many have assumed. we will have to first return to correct the assumption we have nursed and built regarding the ministry of salvation and redemption.
The lack of a well-balanced, knowledge of the way of the Lord has led us to the point of presuming the ways and arts of the Spirit. unfortunately, this false reality has become the very template of the operation of many in terms of dealing with life issues.
Our ignorance of the divine precepts of the kingdom of God has led us to create a false reality of a spirituality we today call Christianity, and this has to be of the major hinders to the precise development and transformation of the total man and his society.
I do not mean to be cynical with this title but to rather help to paint a picture of the dilemma of today’s spiritual dysfunctional state.
This is a subject that has fascinated me for many years as a follower of Christ who had struggled in many occasion to understand myself and the meaning of spirituality, and why I fail in many cases from living out the standard showed to me by my Lord.
An honest follower of the Lord must have at some point arrived at the reality of asking some of these critical, challenging questions especially around their weakness and failure to enter the realm of rest and upward development in the art of biblical spirituality.
Frustration, challenges, and resistance are synonymous to any honest seeker of the way, the truth, and life of Christ standard for lifestyle.
In my years of pastoral ministry service, I’ve come to this conclusion that many do genuinely desire to walk with God, but their inability to understand the origin and nature of their weakness and struggle in terms of gaining mastery over their carnal behavior is a major setback.
The practice of spirituality either by biblical values or on some other foreign ideological means requires the involvement of the entire soul faculties.
Therefore, who or what controls the soul realm of soul carries the upper hand in influencing the decision we make regardless of the direction or intention of such a person’s spirituality. Spirituality cannot be divorced from the harmonization of the entire human faculties.
It is essential we state that spirituality is the harmonization of the entire human faculties bringing glory to the Father. The spirit, soul, and body of man must be in agreement when the act of spirituality is being practiced.
Devotion cannot be completed until there’s a valid agreement between what the spirit desires to how the soul process and response to the passion of the spirit.
After all, both the passion and longing of the spirit can only be revealed through the faculties of the soul which are the very seat of human will, intellect, and emotion. And once the soul faculties agree on a desire that reaches her either through the imagination or thought realm, the chemistry of action goes into effect; action follows suit.
What eventually determine sound spirituality must be based on discipline, agreed action of the soul-faculty. It is highly possible to live and practice what many terms as spirituality within a divided, dysfunctional belief system, and in fact, this is the present concept of how many today practice their Christianity, or else, we will not have had so much of Christian activity with very little or no result. I would like us to examine this concept as we search to biblical answer in answering this long, ancient challenge to the Church. We need to deal with every form of carnal tendencies that will hinder us from enjoying the full life of the Spirit.
We need to address the desire and passion that seeks to mix spiritual truth with carnal activities; this is the day of spiritual purity so we may adequately represent the advancement of the kingdom of God to our world and generation.
When a relationship that ought to effectively drive our corporate, assigned prophetic activity is merely built on the peripherals of some humanistic, civil, politically correct ideology, we can be rest assured that we are not ready to confluence as Christ regents in matters of kingdom civilization and engagement for the redemption of creation.
If Church leaders are afraid to speak truth to themselves, how can we corporately speak truth to the powers that be? While it is highly critical that we learn to be respectful and civil with each other, it is, however, more critical we learn of truth and to speak the truth openly and cautiously to each other so we can corporately grow in the unity of the faith according to sound, biblical injunction. The fear of being rejected for speaking truth to each other is a clear sign that our understanding of the input of the ministry of the Saints to each other is still very shallow and immature to say the least.
I am afraid to declare that such kind of relationship will never produce the in-depth, intended objective of the Spirit, regardless of how powerful we may individually move in our ministry gifts. Ministry gift is not what perfects the saints; it is of rather the experiential life and nature that shapes the wineskin that houses the gifts and their various functional capacities in the community. Gifts without the maturing of wineskin will do more damage to the construction and perfection of the ecclesia.
Jesus, at the age of 12 was already super gifted but had to submit to the life-process of maturing and perfecting the wineskin that will ultimately house and effectively express his gift. I have met many gifted folks who are yet to be matured in the quality of life that can carry and dispense what they’ve been gifted with.
To build a ministry or relationship from the standpoint of a powerful gift without the essential character quality lifestyle to regulate and dispense such a gift is a setup for the manifestation of the spirit of pride that will ultimately lead to destruction.
This is one of the reasons Paul warned Timothy not to commit spiritual things to [immature] novice. Being gifted without a refined character to carry and represent such gift is one of the most dangerous things than can happen to you as a Christian.
The need to go through seasons of spiritual development, coupled with real-life challenges is indeed helpful in shaping and imprinting the right character qualities needed in operating our gifts. I was a highly gifted person that was so obvious to many around me, but the Lord brought me to a place where he paralyzed that gift for a season because he needed to work on certain blind spots of my life that I could not see not accept even when I was shown by others.
A significant hindrance to our corporation as gifted leaders in the Body of Christ is center around pride and insecurity. When we are yet to learn, as ministers of the gospel the significance of the ministry of the Saints, we cannot effectively function in our individual ministries to the world and creation.
Our definition of ministry is entirely out of biblical order and priority. We judge and approve each other based on gifts, influence and material acquisition and not on the level of spiritual experience and maturity.
There are people I have met on my journey of spiritual apostolic transition, including young Millennials who are still in the thirty-fold reality of the understanding of spiritual things, who have tried to undermine my prophetic assignment because they cannot find around me those material things they’ve been asked to look for when a so-called ‘seasoned apostle or prophet’ stand to speak. In most cases when I feel like giving them a piece of my heart in rebuke, the Lord often correct me not to do so, because that would mean that I am subjecting myself to their ungodly, carnal opinion.
Our measuring standard and values of spiritual matters need to be drastically readjusted if we are ever going to enter the prophetic scope of divine engagement; the correction of sight must be a major priority for many of us particularly here in Africa. The condition of poverty propelled through the false gospel of mammon and materialism has almost destroyed the right footing and template of sound spiritual relationship and leadership in the Body of Christ.
There’s a company of individual’s heaven has prepared and sent that will help us embrace the process of the maturation of our gifts and wineskin, but we need humility and the spirit of mutual submission to awaken our hearts to see and embrace them. Regardless of how gifted you are in this season, you need to come to terms with the current emphasis of the Lord, which is, all gifts must be collapsed into the character lifestyle of the Spirit of Sonship.
This means that the Lord desires a corporate man in the earth that will function in the ascended power of the ascended Christ. Gifts were only given to the Body of Christ when Christ ascended on high. Therefore, only those with the ascended character lifestyle of Christ can function in the full potential of their callings and gifts. The emphasis of the Lord for this hour is a lifestyle that is correctly configured to house not just our gifts but to understand the humanity of others even as we seek to connect with their spirituality for effective ministry.
This lesson will assist us to discern others, particularly leaders beyond just the operation of their gifts. The anointing is a seal of our calling and assignment, but to effectively function in the anointing, we also need to be developed in the Spirit of wisdom and understanding such that our insight and knowledge regarding other folks can tamper with matured ministry of mercy and grace. The ministry of mercy and grace are the trophies of our victory through the journey of accurate transition of our gift and callings. When we are able to finally see people the way the Lord sees them, then, we are able to relate and flow in the spirit of mercy and grace as we corporately share hearts and gifts together for the kingdom advancement.
To engage with a well matured, apostolic [value system] ministry on this third day, the church, especially, its leaders and the elders must learn the routine of handling necked truth with wisdom, mercy and grace without being ashamed of each other’s weakness of failure. One of the principal characters of truth is that it exposes the very core of our being, and when we are truly open to others and their gifts, we will not only see their ability, but we shall also see and share in their disabilities, and this is highly critical in the principle of relationship in administering our ascended ministry gifts.
If we are unable to effectively manage the weaknesses and exposures of each other’s blind spots and spiritual defects, we are merely playing church and peddling with things meant for mature elders, seers, prophets, and watchmen at the gate. It’s about time the church and its leadership leaves behind childish ways and thinking.
When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. 1 Corinthians 13: 11-12
Do you know that your destiny could be hanging on the kind of question you’ve been asking yourself for decades? You need to move from the ‘why to the what’ question if you desire to see a change in your life, career, and relationships
Many have failed in the past, including me to some degree, not because we are not born intelligent, but because we are deficient in asking and answering questions. Asking questions has their advantages and of cause their disadvantage if wisdom is not allowed to guide. Questions can provoke as they can inspire. When a question is cynical, then you need the highest grade of wisdom and intelligence to effectively respond, so you’re not entrapped. Yet, there can be no development without asking questions, particularly the right ones. The technological advancements made today are a direct result of questions asked.
Questions can open a new frontier of knowledge, creativity, development, and productivity if we know how to ask the right questions. One of the primary ways God trains and develop his disciples, particularly, those who will be entering the prophetic arena, is through asking them a series of questions. The Bible is filled with chapters and verse where man is not the one asking questions, but God himself doing the asking.
The purpose of asking and answering questions is to test intelligence. The word of God is filled with questions and answers, and if we learn how to process, question either from a deep philosophical point or from an ascended spiritual point, we have the edge in dealing with the highly complex realities of life. The technic, or should I say, the philosophy of asking and answering a question is one of the most important keys to success in any field of existence, yet, it is the list taught in schools, and regrettably, in most Church communities today.
The issue of the understanding question and knowing ‘the how’ to process them before answering is something I’ve discovered as one of the most important keys to human development and transformation yet; it is increasingly becoming less understood by many, particularly the 21st-century society. Many of us have been asking the wrong questions all our lives and that’s the reason we still seem to be stocked in the same old spot of mentality. An immature person does not know nor understands how to process life’s question, particularly, when they are spiritually based. I grew up asking questions but unfortunately, they were the wrong questions.
Many fallen humans began life on the wrong footing, but that does does not mean that the good plan and purpose of the Father for our lives has changed because we asked the wrong question. God’s plan for us are eternally set to bring us to the place of his ordained prophetic program but we need to know how the principle of life works in order to set in motion the right value system that aligns us to effective living.
You cannot start your life or the life of your children by asking the wrong questions as assume you will end up in the destined planned of the Father for your life. When your life begins with wrong influence, environment, people, challenges, seemingly failure, there’s every tendency that you start processing those challenges with the wrong emotion which is usually done by asking the why question. The question of why did my Father leave my Mom? Why did my uncle rape me and my sister, why can’t I be smart like that other girl in my class? Why am I an orphan? why didn’t I get the Job? Why do I keep going back to the same sin?
Due to asking the question of why, many today are faced with the grim dilemma of disappointment, discouragement, and suicide because they seem to be asking the wrong question. The principle of motivating yourself is edged on the concept of asking the right question. You can also be demotivated by either not understanding what is taking place around or within you, or simply asking the wrong question and listening effectively for to the correct answer.
The wrong question will never lead to the right answer. I am sure you’ve heard of the statement, there’s nothing like asking the wrong question, that may be true to a certain level, but if you genuinely desire to fast-track your destiny, you need to learn the art of asking the right question. This challenge, as I have noticed it is not just a secular human issue, but more of a spiritual one if we critically examine it.
How many times you’ve tried reading the Bible or process what a passage is saying, but you seem to be clueless understanding what the scripture is communicating? How many times have you tried praying, but seem not to hear any response from God? The challenge is not just about what we are seeking in terms of prayer but the context of how we frame our request before the Father. It is often about not asking the right question when engaging with the things of the Spirit.
The matters of the Spirit just like in the natural are based on how we intelligently process questions or problems. If your concept of treating life challenges either in marriage, school, or workplace is based on why and not what, there’s every possibility that you will not arrive at the correct answer, and you know what that means, the problem continues unabated.
THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION
There are two most important questions you will ever ask in your journey of life, and they are the question of why and what. How you view these two questions speaks a lot about knowledge, wisdom, and perspective to life. If your view of life is fixative on why? You will not only be spiritual and emotionally drained and be limited in your options of answers, but might also be psychologically and emotionally crippled from reaching your life full potential.
The what question gives you the insight of opportunity to see your life and its complex challenges or even the trials playing out on a daily basis as a real opportunity to turn failures into triumph than being a victim. The why question makes us a victim rather than an indeed engineered system solution. How you approach the subject of ‘why and what’ is as critical as understanding the essence of your existence. If have highlighted this point as an important pointer to moving towards that position the Father will have you and me come into in this next phase of our advancement in spiritual realities.
Let’s stop living our lives on the why me question, and start moving towards asking the Lord, what are you doing so I may align myself to your will. aligning your will to the Father’s divine purpose begins with knowing the what question. When the what question becomes clear, then you are ready to face any challenge, trial or need because you have a perspective on the problem or battle at hand. Many have given up before the breakthrough arrived, many have opted for separation and divorce before the breakthrough comes because they were building their expectation on why instead
