A preconceived ideology built around fasting and other rituals that gives the brethren a sense of spiritual achievement, but in fact, is a waste of their precious time. This is unfortunate, because it deprives them of the full benefit of what the Father has prepared for them in terms of their spiritual empowerment and transformation. Spiritual ignorance, as we can all observe today, has cost the Body of Christ a lot.

Fasting is about elevated consciousness; a consciousness that corresponds to the nature of our true spirituality in matters that underscore the accurate operation of a high-level prophetic sensitivity and discerning quality.

And when we begin to elevate to this standard of life, which gives us the boldness and confidence to stand before the Lord in his Holy Mountain, we become the authentic carriers of the divine knowledge, wisdom, grace and love to be a true servant of divine representation.
