THE CRONICLES OF A DISCIPLE OF CHRIST. SUCCESSFUL LIVING IN BABYLON. Psalm 84:5.

As we delve into scripture, we understand that one of the foremost responsibilities of those blessed by Jesus Christ’s life and teachings is to carry his cross and follow him. Following Christ is the most significant and crucial task for all true believers. However, we see that only a few people heed this calling today.

In the upcoming sessions, I would like us to examine what it truly means to be a follower of Christ. Let us compare the concept and call to follow Jesus with the other things we are following today that may seem like we are following Christ, but in reality, they are far from what it means to be a faithful follower of Christ.

Then Jesus told His disciples, “If anyone wants to come after Me, he must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me. 25 For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.…MATTHEWS 16:24.
