A Brief Introduction:
In this season, as God exposes the spirit of Babylon that has infiltrated and influenced much of what we recognize as Christianity and spirituality today, we are called not only to spiritual awakening but also to heightened alertness and advancement. The Lord is inviting us into a space of deeper discernment and engagement with His Spirit.

Many have fallen victim to the oppressive spirit of Babylon, which Scripture identifies as the mother of harlots. This harlot spirit is manifesting itself through various deceptive and seductive system and culture that governs our society and governing structures from our various family units to the idea of political structures. The spirit of Babylon and Jezebel can be seen all around us today if we have discernment.

This prayer of affirmation and prophetic declaration serves as a channel for breaking the hold of the spirit of Babylon over individuals and groups across society. If this prayer blesses you, don’t forget to share it with others, including members of your family or churches.

As it is written, “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” These words, inspired during personal prayer and carefully transcribed, are offered in faith. We believe that those who declare them with sincere trust will experience God’s liberating power and advance in the Spirit of breakthrough, fulfilling heaven’s purpose for them in this critical time.

Affirm and declare this prayer without fear or shame so the power of heavenly transformative work can work in you without hindrance. Believe and you shall be saved!

START YOUR DECLERATION HERE:

Heavenly Father, in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ, I proclaim my unwavering allegiance to you today. I declare my eternal exit from the hold and influence of the spirits of Babylon. I reclaim my redemptive salvation in Christ Jesus, and I stand firm on the unshakable rock that is Christ.

I decree that this day, my life is secured in Christ Jesus. I renounce and reject everything that has held me back or hindered me from advancing and fulfilling your purpose for my life. In the name of Jesus, I execute the judgment that is already written against the spirit of Babylon and the power of the prince of the air.

As a son in your kingdom, I have been given legal authority to take charge over the affairs of the earth. I refuse to relinquish or abdicate this responsibility. In the name of Jesus, I stand against the spirits of confusion, wickedness, perversion, and ungodliness that operate through the spirit and activity of Babylon.

I declare that I am free from the hold, control, and influence of the power of the air. Every enchantment and enticement of the spirit of Babylon seeking to gain entrance into my life through socioeconomic conditions and degradations, I reject them today.

Every airborne spirit seeking to gain access into my soul is exposed and destroyed in the name of Jesus Christ. Any form of ignorance in my life that may have given the spirit of Babylon a foothold, I declare it exposed, nullified, and neutralized in the name of Jesus Christ.

Just as Daniel refused the delicacies of Babylon, I also reject the enticing offerings of Babylon. I refuse to be enslaved again by uncontrollable desires and passions. I receive the spirit of truth and discipline to remain focused and determined to finish the assignment you have given me.

My eyes of understanding are now enlightened to see, know, and understand who I am and what I have been assigned and commissioned to do in Babylon. Though I am in this world, I am not of this world. I declare that I am not owned by Babylon.

I recognize that ignorance is not an excuse, for you have given me your word and the light to expose the works of darkness. Through the light of your word, I ask that every form of ignorance that has become a breeding ground for the ancient activity of the spirit of Babylon and Jezebel are exposed and expelled in Jesus Christ’s name.

The influence and control of darkness, no matter how good-looking or attractive, are now destroyed. For this reason, the Son of Man was made manifest, to destroy the works of darkness. I declare that I am the reason you came to expose and destroy the works and activities of darkness.

I confess with my mouth and believe in my heart that you are now exposing and destroying the control, influence, and manipulations of the spirit of the harlot system over my mind. I no longer yield to the desires and enchantments of this spirit.

Every private and secret desire for the pleasure and luxury of Babylon in my soul, today, I confess my hatred and dislike for them. The enticement of the pride of life, the lust of the eyes, and the lust of the flesh have lost their hold over my heart and soul.

I am not a slave to the works of iniquity. Every act of rebellion against the values and principles of God in my heart are now being dismantled in the name of Jesus Christ. My soul is not a hunting ground for demons and satanic influence.

I declare that every form of neediness, desires, passions, and wants that seek to expose my soul to things, places, and people that cannot satisfy, I confess them and refute their control over me.

I refuse the spirit of adultery and fornication with the spirit of Babylon. That ever-adulterous feeling and desire that kills and destroys kings, people of vision and leadership authority, seeking to destroy my vision, in the name that is above every other name, including Babylon the great, I declare them destroyed.

The word of God says, “Great is the mystery of iniquity, but greater is the mystery of godliness.” I am on the side of godliness; therefore, I have the Spirit of the Greater One, Jesus Christ, living on the inside of me. I refuse to yield myself, either knowingly or indirectly, to this evil spirit.

In Christ, I possess the revelation and power of light that guides me through life’s challenges. I do not work in darkness. Because Christ lives in me, I choose to yield to His illuminating light that destroys the works and activity of darkness.

Every form of rejection, disappointment, dissatisfaction, and confusion creating neediness and rebellion in my subconscious are now taken captive through the love of Christ. The word of God is medicine to my mind.

My soul surrenders itself to the power and authority of Christ’s life. I have a new life in Christ. The old has passed, the new has come. The hold and control of the prince of this world is passed over my life. Just as the name of Israel were brought out of the land of bondage, I am brought out of Babylon according to Revelation chapter 18.
