A REALIGNMENT OF THE NEW WORLD ORDER.
PROPHETIC PERSPECTIVE, AND THE PLACE OF THE MANIFESTATION OF THE SONS OF GOD’S KINGDOM.
BY ISAIAH-PHILLIPS AKINTOLA
Discerning The Season.
The moment and place we find ourselves in history today is unfortunately not a point of global convergence as some will argue, but rather a place of accelerating disagreement and disintegration, as we have continued to witness. Any rational observer should be asking the foundational question: what is truly transpiring in the world, particularly when considering the current stance of the American presidency and its administration?
As you would undoubtedly agree, there appears to be a systematic decoupling and dismantling of relationships between those nations the American government has historically referred to as allies. This phenomenon transcends the personality or policies of Donald Trump, though his approach has certainly played a major role in accelerating what prophetically needs to manifest.
What we are witnessing, in my discernment, extends far beyond mere economic competition or the question of which nation will lead in the unfolding reality of the new world order. I believe that nations and their leaders are unknowingly performing according to a prophetic script that is manifesting before our eyes. Naturally, only those with prophetically attuned spiritual vision who have been schooled in interpreting history through a biblical lens can fully appreciate the spiritual significance of this present moment.
As Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” The visible conflicts between nations reflect invisible spiritual realities.
One of the principal reasons why we have been encouraging Christians across the globe for decades to develop the right prophetic insight, spiritual resilience, kingdom capacity, and divine competence in understanding the nature of the seasons before us is profoundly critical in this hour. Such development is not merely advantageous but essential for our spiritual maturation and effectiveness in this epoch.
The nature of the seasons we are departing from requires that one possesses a keen prophetic insight and a well-established governmental apostolic capacity. This is necessary not only to make sense of the complexities of these transitional seasons but also to impart Godly wisdom regarding how to navigate life successfully within the present crisis.
Any spiritually discerning individual will recognize that we have entered a day of unprecedented crisis, as the nature of societal structures as we previously understood them has drastically shifted. These transformations will undoubtedly continue, making it imperative that we contextualize all current events within God’s prophetic timeline and sovereign expression.
Scripture reveals this principle in Ecclesiastes 3:1, “To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.” Furthermore, 1 Chronicles 12:32 speaks of “the sons of Issachar, who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do.” This prophetic discernment is what the Body of Christ must cultivate in these critical days.
The Prophetic Timeline: Nebuchadnezzar’s Image and Our Present Age
In the prophetic timeline, according to the image that was erected by Nebuchadnezzar as recorded in Daniel 2, we witness a divine revelation that symbolizes the sequential order and gradual decline of global empires and power structures.
This remarkable vision presents an image with a head made of fine gold, progressing downward through increasingly inferior metals, until reaching the final position—the feet made of an unstable mixture of iron and clay. This prophetic image captures with extraordinary precision the timeline and sequence of global power transitions throughout human history.
As students of biblical prophecy, we must recognize that we are now positioned at the final segment of this prophetic image—the feet portion—which represents the last kingdom era, characterized by a tenuous combination of two incompatible elements: iron and clay.
Daniel 2:41-43 describes this final stage: “Just as you saw that the feet and toes were partly of baked clay and partly of iron, so this will be a divided kingdom; yet it will have some of the strength of iron in it, even as you saw iron mixed with clay. As the toes were partly iron and partly clay, so this kingdom will be partly strong and partly brittle. And just as you saw the iron mixed with baked clay, so the people will be a mixture and will not remain united, any more than iron mixes with clay.”
Prophetic Disintegration
These two elements were prophetically declared to eventually separate, as the divine revelation makes clear that these disparate components were never designed to permanently hold together. The scripture emphasizes that despite human attempts to forge cohesion through various alliances and agreements, these elements—representing fundamentally different value systems and power structures—cannot achieve lasting unity.
Beyond this basic interpretation, we can understand the iron component as potentially representing two global superpowers who currently function as allies but will ultimately experience disintegration in their relationship. This interpretation aligns with current geopolitical tensions and the increasing strain we observe between major world powers who once maintained stronger alliances.
Artificial Intelligence and Human Destiny
Alternatively, the iron could symbolically represent the emerging era of artificial intelligence combining with humanity—mankind formed from the clay of the ground as Genesis 2:7 reminds us: “Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” This integration of advanced technology with human biology and society creates a false sense of enhanced power and control, yet the prophecy indicates this amalgamation will not endure.
This interpretation gains particular significance as we witness the exponential development of AI technologies and their increasing integration into human society, governance, and even biological systems. The prophecy suggests that while this merger may temporarily create impressive capabilities, it lacks the divine cohesion necessary for permanence.
The Collapse of Global Systems
Current global events point directly to what Scripture has predicted regarding the ultimate collapse of established global power structures. Economic instabilities, political polarization, technological disruptions, and the fracturing of international alliances all align with the prophetic vision of the feet of iron and clay beginning to separate and crumble.
This collapse of the current world order, as difficult as it may be to witness, perhaps represents the very conditions that would finally usher in the influence and authority of the man of sin—the Antichrist himself—as prophesied in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4: “Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God.”
Our Present Position and Response
As we discern these prophetic realities unfolding before our eyes, we must remember that our ultimate hope lies not in the stability of human systems or technological advances, but in the coming kingdom of the Stone “cut out without hands” (Daniel 2:45) that will shatter all earthly kingdoms and establish an eternal dominion.
For believers living in this prophetic moment, our mandate remains clear—to stand firm in faith, to maintain prophetic discernment, and to represent the values of God’s kingdom even as we witness the predicted disintegration of global systems. As Jesus instructed in Luke 21:28, “When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”
The iron and clay are indeed separating before our eyes, confirming the unerring accuracy of biblical prophecy and signalling that we are approaching the culmination of this age and the glorious revelation of Christ’s eternal kingdom.
Divine Insight Produces Supernatural Rest
The greater our spiritual insight and understanding of our current position within God’s timeline, the more capable we become of resting our minds and depending wholeheartedly on the voice of God to guide us. This divine guidance provides the supernatural rest necessary to live effectively within the context of this tumultuous season—without succumbing to fear or anxiety. Such divinely-imparted peace will be essential if we are to continue advancing God’s purposes amid the present global crisis.
As Jesus declared in Matthew 11:28-30, “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” This rest is not passive disengagement but active trust in Divine wisdom during chaotic times.
Biblical Models for Prophetic Living
As we have taught in times past, it is imperative that we develop the prophetic mindset exemplified by Daniel and his brethren in Babylon—men who refused to compromise despite societal pressures (Daniel 1:8). We must cultivate the spiritual competence demonstrated by Moses, who navigated the complexities of Egypt through the leading of God’s Spirit (Exodus 3:10-12). Additionally, we must embody the resilience of Joshua, who led God’s people into warfare while depending not on human wisdom or ability, but on divine strategy and guidance (Joshua 1:9).
The prophetic parallels are striking: Daniel faced a pagan empire seeking to remake his identity—yet remained undefiled. Moses confronted the world’s superpower with nothing but a staff and God’s word. Joshua inherited an impossible mission to conquer fortified cities with an untested army—yet prevailed through obedience to divine instruction. These biblical archetypes provide us with practical templates for navigating our present global circumstances.
The Changing Church in a Changing World
The nature of our day necessitates that the Church and its operational paradigms undergo transformational change. The wineskins that once contained our understanding must be renewed to afford us greater clarity and capacity to express the heart and mind of God within the current complex dismantling of the world order. Jesus Himself addressed this principle in Matthew 9:17: “Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.”
The world has undeniably changed. The systems that previously governed societal management have transformed with the current administration of America. All unfolding events indicate that things will never return to their former state. Understanding these shifts presents a significant challenge to those who have not received proper spiritual instruction or the correct prophetic template.
Without such guidance, one risks misinterpreting current events and their spiritual significance. It is for this reason that I would like to guide us through certain revelations the Spirit of God has unveiled to me, providing clarity and understanding regarding our present historical position and the divinely-ordained path forward.
The Global Contest for Leadership
Our current historical position represents a critical juncture in the struggle for global leadership influence. This contest necessitates the dismantling of previous order systems and structural frameworks for several reasons, chief among them being the comprehensive realignment of power at every level of human society.
We are witnessing a race to leverage the present unfolding economic dynamics. Throughout history, powerful leadership has invariably emerged from positions of economic strength and innovation. Economic growth forms the foundation that determines and shapes cultural direction and, to a considerable extent, social identity, military capability, and national security. This principle is playing out now with the advent and exponential development of Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial Intelligence: The New Paradigm
Artificial Intelligence has become the modern-day equivalent of electricity or petroleum—the fundamental fuel that will drive planetary economics and future development. Whether we acknowledge it or not, a profound transformation is already altering everything we have previously known and understood as normative human existence.
As leaders worldwide awaken to the reality and potential impact of AI, they must fundamentally recalibrate not only their perception of their environment but also how they formulate policies that will enhance their national aspirations within this new millennial reality.
This technological revolution brings to mind Daniel 12:4, which prophesied, “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” The exponential increase in knowledge through AI technologies appears to align with this ancient prophecy.
The Contest for Power and the New World Order
The contestation for global power represents one of the key dynamics we are witnessing. Various nations are attempting to leverage their historical political positions of influence to secure advantage in the emerging world order. Donald Trump, specifically, appears to be utilizing America’s former dominant global position to position himself as the potential leader of this new world order. Importantly, whoever determines the locus of power in this critical transitional period will effectively set the stage and establish the parameters for shaping global advancement in the coming decades.
This struggle transcends the mere preservation of democratic ideals; it fundamentally concerns gaining control over how the rest of the world will be managed and resourced. This explains why the control of Ukraine’s rare mineral resources is so strategically vital to the current American administration.
This pattern is not unprecedented in human history. Throughout the ages, we have witnessed similar inflection points where conflicts of interest arise concerning the redefinition of the path forward and the determination of which power will control global energy, resources, and influence. History has shown us the rise and fall of successive empires—Assyrian, Babylonian, Persian, Greek, and Roman—each exerting their authority upon the “shells of time” before eventually giving way to successor powers.
As Daniel interpreted Nebuchadnezzar’s dream in Daniel 2:21, “He changes times and seasons; he removes kings and sets up kings; he gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.” The transfer of power between empires has always been within God’s sovereign control.
The Evolution of Power and Influence
We are now living in a fundamentally different era. The concept of warfare and the mechanisms of influence and authority have transformed dramatically. Today’s contests for supremacy are no longer primarily about the exertion of military might, although that dimension remains relevant. Rather, the contemporary battleground centers on who will influence the digital domain and how this space becomes the arrowhead for determining and shaping humanity’s collective future. We witness this battle unfolding daily across multiple dimensions of human activity.
The Role of the Sons of God
Where you and I enter this narrative is in how we position ourselves—mentally, emotionally, and most critically, spiritually. All these dimensions will define how we align with the next phase of kingdom economy in a manner that enables us to continue advancing God’s divine intentions for our lives and ministries.
Within the context of the global exertion of power and influence between America and China—the two principal contesting entities—along with Russia, Europe, Africa, and other global players, these geopolitical shifts must be interpreted within the framework of scriptural understanding, particularly by those who are prophetically inclined regarding issues of national development and human flourishing.
Scripture declares in Romans 8:19-22, “For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.”
The sons of God are assigned one primary mandate: to manifest God’s kingdom within human affairs. It is this expression of divine governance amidst human complexity that gives society and humanity hope and direction, showing where to place their allegiance amid the jostling of competing global powers and ideologies.
The Battle for the Soul of Humanity
Whether acknowledged or not, there is an intense battle being waged for the souls of humanity—a contest over how we think, reason, and ultimately where we will place our allegiance within these complex global dynamics. Amid this spiritual warfare, we are witnessing the gradual appearance and manifestation of God’s kingdom despite (and sometimes through) the complexity of international affairs.
We must continually remind ourselves that God’s kingdom is manifesting even now. How we understand and interpret this divine reality within every aspect of human existence is crucial to how we position ourselves and how we continue to develop the right faith perspective and spiritual motivation to advance through the present darkness. For indeed, much of what presents itself as light is, in fact, the expression of darkness. If we fail to differentiate between genuine divine light and counterfeit illumination within current global realities, we risk being captured by deception and led astray from God’s purposes.
As Jesus warned in Matthew 24:24, “For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.” And as Paul admonished in 2 Corinthians 11:14, “And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.”
Therefore, learning to process our soul in the Spirit in real-time represents a discipline that we, as sons of God in the earth, must constantly cultivate. Only through such spiritual discernment can we fulfill our divine mandate to manifest God’s kingdom in these complex times, bringing hope and divine direction to a disintegrating world order.
As we proceed through these challenging times, let us hold fast to the promise of Psalm 46:1-3: “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though its waters roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with its swelling.”
