The imminence of the kingdom of God requires a response from every area of our life, our relationship with the father, and all of creation in this season.

We will not understand or participate fully in what the spirit of the Lord wants from us. If the philosophy of priesthood we subscribe to is still based on the old, mosaic priesthood.

Hebrews Chapter 5

1 every high priest is a man chosen to represent other people in their dealings with God. He presents their gifts to God and offers sacrifices for their sins. 2 and he is able to deal gently with ignorant and wayward people because he himself is subject to the same weaknesses. 3that is why he must offer sacrifices for his own sins as well as theirs.

4 and no one can become a high priest simply because he wants such an honor. He must be called by God for this work, just as Aaron was. 5 That is why Christ did not honor himself by assuming he could become high priest. No, he was chosen by god, who said to him, “you are my son. Today i have become your Farther.” 6 and in another passage God said to him, “you are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.”

This scripture, among many, will be the footing and foundational context we will seek to build and establish this highly needed ascended truth in the redemptive prophetic agenda of the kingdom of God in this new day. This message is a current prophetic sound that seeks to address diverse issues of misrepresentation, misconduct, and illegitimacy within and outside the Body of Christ.

The Lord is doing a new thing in this hour, and whenever God begins to move towards a new thing, it means something. Someone, or group of people, have been found wanting to the point of being rejected.

When the Lord rejected the house of Saul, he set his heart and face towards the house of Jesse, who was the father of David, a young shepherd’s boy, who will later become the next expression of god’s approved authority. When the priestly ministry of Eli was rejected, the Lord began to turn towards the young, immature ministry voice of Samuel.

When the entire Aaronic priesthood was rejected, the lord began to raise another priesthood, pattern after the order of Melchizedek. To presumptively assume that we are the only voice, or the final call of heaven’s prophetic mandate, is a huge mistake many have made in the past. Unfortunately, we have some who are running with this same presumptive notion.

There is a priesthood emerging with the everlasting gospel, who has been assigned to usher in the reality of god’s prophetic order to human lifestyle. This third day priesthood, as it has been called, will seek to do all the father’s good pleasure.

They will be known as generations who have corporately yielded themselves to all of god’s economy, and have made all things ready for the bridegroom to receive his bride.

Indeed, we are yet to see all things under the (authority) feet of Christ, and this is where our work must begin and intensify in this new day of the end. We must bring all things under the authority and dominion of Christ, which starts with our own conduct and lifestyle.

Therefore, restoration and effective function of the divine order and pattern of God is always the first point of spiritual beginnings. When we align with heaven’s start or reset, especially in a day where the priestly ministry has long drifted from the apostolic order, pattern, and principle of both experiencing and representing the authentic presence of God in the land.

The scripture tells us that the priesthood has changed, and this change affects how we approach and interact with the Lord. The more we understand the priesthood and how it has changed, the more we can function and advance into what the spirit of God is emphasizing for this third-day.

This is a new day, and with it comes all the spiritual changes and growth that heaven demands from us to become more mature and functional people. The order of Melchizedek is a priesthood higher than the one we are using now, and this is the same priesthood that our Lord Jesus Christ himself functioned in. The Melchizedek is an ascended priesthood, which means it is a priesthood brought up to a higher level, and it is patterned after the order of the ascended life in Christ.
